Terms and Conditions for Hypercharge AI

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Hypercharge AI mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Service Description
Hypercharge AI is a mobile AI chatbot that processes multiple prompts in parallel and provides a summary of the results. The App is accessible to users who have purchased a subscription within the specified subscription period.

3. Subscription
When you purchase a subscription, you gain access to the App for the duration of the purchased period. Details of the subscription terms and pricing are provided at the time of purchase.

4. Use of the App
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property
All content included on the App, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the App, is the property of Hypercharge AI or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Privacy

7. Changes to Terms
